Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. However, because our rooms are limited and reservations directly affect our small business, we maintain a strict cancellation policy.
Reservations cancelled 3 days (72 hours) or more prior to check-in will receive a full refund of the deposit/payment.
Cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in date, as well as no-shows or early departures, are non-refundable and the full reservation amount will be charged.
The Old Bank House and the Chestnut Inn do not take responsibility for changes to your reservation due to inclement weather, unforeseen changes to travel plans, personal sickness/injury, or family emergencies. We recommend trip insurance for assistance with those unforeseen occurrences.
No smoking allowed in the building (including on the shared balcony).
In order to maintain the tranquil atmosphere of our property, we do not accommodate children under the age of 13 (children are welcome at the Chestnut Inn).
Quiet Hours are from 10pm-8am. This includes being mindful of any noise or disturbances when coming back late at night.
No unauthorized guests unless we are notified.
