What time is check-in/check-out?

• We don’t have an official front desk at The Old Bank House. Regular check-in time is 3-6pm, but we can accommodate check-ins as early as 1pm. Just let us know in advance.

• If you need to drop off your luggage in the morning, we must know about it in advance since the doors are always locked.

• If you expect to arrive later than 6pm, please contact us in advance so we can send you self-check in instructions.

• Check-out is 11am. If you need to extend it, please let us know in advance. The latest we can extend is 12pm sharp. We also have the right to decline a later check-out if we have an early check-in that same day,

• We have 7 spots for the 9 rooms we have on a first-come-first-serve basis. If the lot is full when you arrive, street parking is available in close proximity to us. There are paid and free streets. We are happy to reimburse you if you had to pay for parking during your stay.

• During the high season (summer) the streets around us can get full. Unfortunately, we don’t have the rights to reserve spots on public streets, so please keep this in mind. Usually the streets clear up after 5pm everyday.

• You are welcome to leave your car in our parking lot after you check out until 1pm sharp.

• We are less than 2 blocks' walk. From the porch or parking lot, turn right at the sidewalk and walk straight for two-ish blocks, and you are right there. We are about a 10 min walk from the Shaw Festival Theatre.

• Yes, a hot breakfast is included every morning of your stay.

• Housekeeping is available upon request. Fresh towels are available to help yourself anytime during your stay.

• 8 out of our 9 rooms are upstairs. There are about 12-15 stairs that go up, which may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. We have one room on the main floor called the Ivy Room with a walk-in shower. If you think you need that room, please contact us about it prior to your arrival.

• In order to maintain the tranquil atmosphere of our property, we do not accommodate children under the age of 13.

• Only registered service animals are permitted.

• We do not have the ability to provide extra mattresses or cots in the rooms due to fire codes.

• Yes! We have one charger available that is accessible from parking spots 4, 5, and 6.

Do you offer bike storage?

• We do not have an indoor area to store bikes. You are welcome to chain them to the fence by the gardens outside.
